Hi, I’m Tom.
Physics student, volunteer developer, occasional TEDx speaker. This is where I keep the physics I’m working on, the things I’ve built for people, and some of the other stuff I get up to.
About me
A bit about me
I’m in Year 12 in London. My main interests are astrophysics, particle physics and programming (and other tech stuff), plus drumming and hiking. I started programming when I was seven and it’s still the hobby I spend the most time on. I also take a lot of interest in AI including AI safety.
Running is my favourite sport. I also play drums, have spent several years doing LAMDA and read quite a lot of science fiction. The Bobiverse books and Stephen Hawking’s writing are particular favourites, and there’s more of what I read on Physics & Ideas.

- TEDx Organising TEDxDulwich Youth (28 February 2027): the website, posters, application forms, and most of the technical bits. The event
- VAXTB Building VAXTB, a volunteer web tool for a TB vaccine research team at LSHTM (public when it’s released).
- LSHTM Weekly calls with that team about using AI in their modelling workflow. Advising
- Namesake Contributing to Namesake. My changes
- Music Learning electric guitar, so I can record my own music instead of doing all the guitar on the computer. Drums and guitar
